The quarterly all-staff meeting was Wednesday. Adam opened by thanking Urban for the work around Boulder Meadows, and a good part of the meeting went to what would make each job here easier.

The weeklyThis letter goes out every Monday by text and email. If someone on the campus is not getting it, tell Hattie or Roger.
QuotesGroups who ask about the campus now get a quote page and a photo lookbook.
PartnersA list of local experiences that groups can add to a stay is being put together. Know someone nearby who offers one? Tell Hattie.
Disc golfAdam's idea: make the course an art walk, with targets designed and built by local makers. Names of welders, carvers and artists go in the Signal chat.
BookingsWhere the calendar is headed: larger groups. Corporate retreats, winter training groups, and the Austere Surgery Course again in July.
CateringTimberline Catering has a food truck on order, expected in late spring.

RepairsOne place to report something broken, so it reaches whoever fixes it.
DoorsA welcome sign by each door when a building has guests, so guests find their room and housekeeping knows it is occupied.
ToolsA way to see who borrowed what. Urban has the hand tools hung up in the metal building. Borrow what you need and put it back where it hangs.
